The system keeps double-entry accounts automatically and lets you record other income and expenses.

6.1 Chart of Accounts

Finance → Chart of Accounts lists every account (Cash, Bank, Fee Income, Salaries, Rent, etc.). Fee collections post here automatically.

6.2 Record income & expenses

• Record Income — log income other than fees (e.g. donations).
• Record Expense — log a payment such as salaries, rent or utilities.
• Journal Entries — view or create manual double-entry vouchers.

6.3 Financial statements

Under Finance, open any statement: General Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Book, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet. Each can be filtered by date and printed.
