Open the Reports menu (or the Reports Center) for ready-made reports:

• Student Report — students by class, status, branch.
• Admissions Report — new admissions over a period.
• Fee Collection — how much was collected, by date and method.
• Defaulters — outstanding dues.
• Branch Summary — combined figures per campus.

Most reports can be exported to PDF or CSV.
